Osuimono Soup of chicken, onion and komatsuna

This time I will summarize the recipe of osuimono soup which I made the other day.
I often make miso soup, but I made osuimono soup only a few times. Since the season of New Year Ozoni* comes soon, I thought that I would like to make osuimono soup for practice. *New Year Ozoni is the osuimono soup which has rice cake in it.

I use the first dashi soup taken with konbu and bonito.

Here is how to make the first dashi soup

Ingredients of chicken, green onion and komatsuna (for 2 people)

Chicken meat ... 2200 g
Two goat ... 2 bunches
Komatsuna ... 1 bunch
Yuzu's leather ... 4 more
dashi soup ... 300ml

1. Cut the ingredients

Cut the chicken to a slightly larger one.
Cut green onion and komatsuna with a length of about 2 cm.

2. Simmer ingredients

Boil the soup, and then boil chicken.
While boiling the chicken,pull out the delicious taste of chicken slowly.

Simmer chicken

After that, put komatsuna and green onions and boil them it a little bit.

Fire a leek and Komatsuna

3. Completion

Serve in the bowl, finally put the skin of citrus.

Super easy!
This is easier than miso soup.
Somehow, there was an impression that osuimono soup is arbitrarily difficult, but it was not at all like that.

The gentle taste of dashi soup and the deliciousness of chicken combine to give a nice and good taste.

If you add rice cake to this, "Ozoni" is complete.
This is a perfect preparation for New Year's Ozoni.
