Today, I tried to cook miso soup with dried flying fish dashi.
Ingredients were extras that were in the refrigerator. And it's OK.
The ingredients is like these.
Ingredients (for two people)
Water ... 300 ml
Dried flying fish ... 1 piece
Shiitake stem ... 4 pieces
Dashi soup powder ... 1/3 pack
Daikon Radish ... favorite amount
Tofu ... 1 Pack
Miso ... About 2 tablespoons
Sake lees ... your favorite amount
1. Take the dashi soup
Put dried flying fish, the stem of shiitake and dashi soup powder in the pot.
After waiting for about 15 minutes, turn on the heat not to boil.
2. Add ingredients
Cut daikon radish into strips, tofu on dice, put in a pot and cook to avoid boiling.
3. Add miso and sake lees
When the ingredients are cooked, stop the fire and melt the miso.
Finally, add your favorite amount of sake lees.
This time the stem of shiitake and dashi powder were left, so I put them into miso soup.
But you can make dashi soup firmly with only dried flying fish.
