Okra, yam and pickled vegetable Dashi soup chazuke

Okra, yam and pickled vegetable Dashi soup chazuke

I will try again dashi soup chazuke this time.

A bit of failure when trying "Chilli, salmon and sea bream dashi soup pickled" before

At that time, I learned that it would be better to pickle it when using sashimi with tea pickles.
Today is not seafood, I will try to make vegetable-based ingredients with reference to Dashi-Chazuke En where I ate before at Nihonbashi.

Ingredients (for two people)

Okra ... 3 bottles
Yam ... 150 g
Takana pickles ... 80 g
Blue green onion ... 2 bundles
Cooked rice ... 2 servings
dashi soup ... 300ml

1. Make dashi soup

This time I will take dashi soup from kelp and bonito.
Once you have dashi soup, put a little soy sauce to make taste more tasty.

2. Cut the ingredients

I will cut the okra.
Cut the yam into a size 1 cm square easy to eat.
Cut takana pickles as easy to eat.
As green onions are used as condiments, they are chopped in detail.

3. Serve

Put the ingredients on top of the bowl and then rice.
And I will add dashi soup from above.
Finally it completes it by sprinkling a spicy green onion.

Okra, yam and pickled vegetable Dashi soup chazuke

This is also a very easy menu.
It may be good for a diet if you make rice a little.
Dashi soup is working firmly, there is also a gourmet menu even with vegetable-centered menus.

The ingredients selected this time with okra and yam potato.
Basically, if you can eat any raw vegetables you can use anything, so I will try another ingredient next time.
