The other day, I stopped by Tsukiji near by noon, so I decided to have a lunch at Tsukiji for the first time in a long time.
Although I was thinking of going to Tsukiji, the mind bounces because I could hardly come to Tsukiji.

First of all, I walk the Tsukiji fish market to find out what store I'm going to eat.
Well, after all Tsukiji may have a good atmosphere.
Although I felt few people on Tsukiji on this day, there are still bustlings.

And in Tsukiji there are many stores dealing with kelp, dried bonito and dry matter such as dried sardine used at dashi soup.

I lost the power of the shop's owner and bought Ma-kombu and dried seaweed.
There are still plenty of Kombu in my house (haha)
Well, it's OK, because I did not have a Ma-kombu.

I was dropping by on the way, and I became hungry.
If I was walking around what to do, my dashi soup sensor worked.

Tadashi Food @ Tsukiji

I got into my eyes at once.it was a shop of "dashi soup Chazuke" called Tadokoro-Foods.
As I faced the street and it was a street style, I noticed that there was a dashi soup menu as soon as I could see the menu.
It's a cute shop.
There are many customers from overseas on this day, which seems to be Tsukiji.

The day ordered on this day is "DashiChazuke with grilled cod roe and ground ear mushroom."
I am happy about the price of 700 yen.
Tsukiji has become a tourist destination, so food is high, but this shop is honest.

Grilld cod roe and ground ear mushroom on top of a huge rice.
Pouring dashi soup there, topping with Nori, Rice crackers, and Mitsuba leaves.
It is completion of a warm Ochazuke that is perfect for a cold day.

Bubble wrap texture of grilld cod roe and crunchy texture of ground ear mushroom are good.
Rice crackers also are crispy and you can enjoy a good texture.
And, the one that has the most presence among them is actually "ground ear mushroom".
Because it is a tsukudani with a shiso flavor, the taste sweetness and umami tighten the whole.
Tarako is a role to give complexity to the whole taste.

It was interesting and delicious dish.

This cod roe can also choose "raw".
It may change a little if it is raw.
I would like to try it at home next time.
