When I was looking for somewhere to go to the shop there, my " dashi soup sensor" responded (lol)
When I looked at the shop window of the shop called "Ohitsu Gohan 46jichu", there was a menu that I could eat ochazuke with white dashi soup , so today I came here.
Lunch menu seems to change from day to day, but today I decided to order "Tuna seafood broiled rice".
As it is ochazuke, I was surprised if I thought that it would come out with a bowl.
This lunch came out with cooking rice in an iron pot.
This is amazing.
I am happy that the price is 890 yen on this volume.
As I roasted, the smell of butter soy sauce gradually started to smell, so I will try to eat as it is without entering white dashi soup first!
First of all, I will mix tuna, tuna, black shell, shrimp, mentaiko, leek, crushed egg, and pickled vegetables.
And if you eat it with various ingredients and eat it, this is delicious.
There is also an impact that it is soft and gentle as the fluffy taste of butter soy sauce and various seafood tastes are softly mixed and it is gentle.
Even those who like refreshing taste, even those who like the taste of having an eating response seem to be satisfied.
And most notable is Ochazuke after this.
Take the roasted rice in a bowl and add rice cracker and chopped seaweed, put on white dashi soup .
I am happy to be able to enjoy grilled rice and Ochazuke with a single lunch.
