A gastronomy specializing in dashi soup which Yagi-cho-honten produced in the area called Ura-Shibuya opened.
That's why I decided to go.

Looking at the press release of the store, DASHI SHOP says that THINK GREEN PRODUCE, which handles branding and producing with Yagi-cho-Honten, has formed a tag.

It seems that it was opened for the purpose of letting domestic and overseas know Japanese cuisine using kelp and bonito.
I am also small in size, but my will is the same.
I want to eat this.
The atmosphere in the shop is like this.

There are those who seem to be tourists from France, and I can feel that dashi soup is also recognized by overseas people.
What I had for today's lunch is "Dried bonito rice."

DASHI SHOP' lunch menu is only this one.
It is a clever menu.
And, because DASHI SHOP recently opened, two items of topping (service for 200 yen) was provided for free.
So the toppings I chose today are "avocado" and "butter" which were recommended by waitress.
Avocado and butter on dried bonito rice?
Although it seems to be tasty, expectations increase with a combination that I have not thought of before.

There is an avocado half body above the rice.

Sprinkle the bonito in it, place butter on top.
Put a special dashi soup soy sauce and eat it.

Sweetness of avocado and butter wraps the umami of dried bonito rice and dashi soy sauce.
Happiness spreads in your mouth with a thick umami and sweet harmony.
Well, I was surprised.
It is simple, but a new sensation dashi dish.
Such a menu seems to be supported by overseas customers.
I will try it at home next time.
DASHI SHOP seems to change all the menu once in February so I do not know if I can eat this bonito rice lunch in the future, but I am also very much looking forward to eat a new menu again.
